Bird Watching on 18/03/2012

Dear Friends,

On 18/03/2012, a bird watch programme is being conducted at Tapi Bridge – Near Mandvi, Dist Surat.

Details are:

DATE :           18/03/2012 (Sunday)

TIME :           06:45 hrs at Kalpesh Pan Stall, we will leave by 07:00 sharp(we will be back by 10:00 hrs).

PLACE :         Tapi Bridge – Mandvi, Dist Surat.

ENTRY FEE :  Nil.  

ITMES TO BE TAKEN : Personal vehicle, Water, Small Trekking bag, I-card, Pen, Diary, Camera or Binocular.  

PURPOSE:   Bird watch - identification of birds and their habits.

PARTICIPATION: This event is for all nature lovers. No limit for participants.

If you wish to join the programme, please be available at Kalpesh Pan Stall, outside Township Main Gate by 06:45 hours morning on the day. 

PROGRAMME DETAILS:

      Assembling at Kalpesh Pan Stall at 06:45 hours. We will leave at 07:00 hrs for the programme.

      Reach Tapi Bridge nea Mandvi Town by 07:30 hours (20 KMs).

      Bird watch – 07:30 hrs to 09:15 hrs.

      Leave the place by 09:30 hrs and reach Township by 10:00 hrs.

RULES & REGULATION:

      Due precautions are to be taken by all the individuals, the ultimate responsibility lies on you.

      This is an eco-friendly programme. So, any activity against nature is prohibited. Do not litter plastic waste any where.

      Do not disturb the Nature and flora and Fauna.
